Notes 

· It will then be asked by the winner to communicate in return the following information to the Organizer : Name, address, date of birth, e-mail address and personal phone number. 

· Once information has been communicated, the Organizer Banzaï Lab will be able to inform the winner of the procedure to recover the corresponding prize (mailing, login codes or other …) 

· With no answer from the concerned winner within 7 days from the confirmation of its gain via the Soundcloud internal messaging, the winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. 

· If a winner (or his/her Legal representative(s) under the age of majority according to French Law) does not occur within the delay specified by the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner among the other candidates. Any claim can be made in this regard by the winner who did not respond within the specified time.

· All rights to the original tracks reserved to Banzaï Lab, Al’Tarba & Senbeï. Unauthorised use of these tracks is not permitted. 

· Banzaï Lab authorises participants to download the track and to record themselves on it.

· Participants have no right of commercial use or public broadcast of the track outside the competition.

· Distribution of the track as part of the competition on social networks is intended for non-commercial use only. Any other use of the track requires written authorisation from Banzaï Lab.

· Authorisation is valid only for the duration of the competition.
